As a certified labor doula, I provide support to families during their childbirth journeys. Whether at home, in a birth center, or a hospital, I am dedicated to ensuring a positive birth experience. I am a home birth midwife assistant. I am certified and current in Neonatal Resuscitation & Adult CPR. I have a deep love of herbs and studied herbal support during the childbearing year. I have a 30 year background in massage that comes with me to each birth. I have 3 grown children of my own that have all helped forge my path into birth work. Each experience different, and each experience sparking my passion to support women in their choice to birth however and wherever they feel most confident. Through my work, as part of a Homebirth midwifery team, this has given me the ability to see that birth works when given the opportunity. I have supported many families over the years and look forward to supporting yours.

At this time in the U.S. 1 out of every 2 first time mothers will end with a birth in cesarean.
Proactive labor support can help to reduce that risk.
It is my intention to help you and your birth partner or support team know how to navigate not only the birth, but to identify and navigate working hand in hand with your health care provider during this sacred, spiritual and intimate time of your life.

Transitioning into parenthood during the fourth trimester is a sacred and delicate time that requires a nurturing village. I offer comprehensive postpartum support designed to hold space for you as you heal and find your rhythm. Emotionally, I am there to listen and validate your experiences, providing a reassuring presence as you navigate the joys and challenges of new motherhood. Practically, I step in to handle the details so you can focus on bonding, offering hands-on assistance with newborn care, soothing techniques, and confident feeding support—whether you are breastfeeding or bottle-feeding. Most importantly, I prioritize your wellbeing by facilitating much-needed rest and helping the whole family adjust to the beautiful shift in the household, ensuring you feel empowered, rested, and deeply cared for.

With over 15 years of experience as a doula and gentle childbirth advocate, I have dedicated my career to empowering families throughout the Central Coast. My philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that every family deserves a calm, supported birth experience. I strive to provide compassionate guidance that honors your unique journey into parenthood.
Based out of the Oasis Birth Center in Arroyo Grande, I proudly serve the vibrant communities of San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Paso Robles and the surrounding Central Coast areas. Whether you are preparing for your first birth or welcoming another addition to your family, I am here to ensure you feel heard, respected, and deeply supported every step of the way.
